Registration Options

*If you do not have a É«ÖÐÉ«student ID#, please fill out the New Student Information Form before making an appointment to register with an academic advisor. If returning to the college after an absence, please ensure you have access to your  account and É«ÖÐÉ«student email (if you need login help, please contact Tech Assistance).

REGISTER ONLINE

Log into and go to your Student Center portal to register for classes.

Please note, new students may have an account hold that requires in-person registration.

IN PERSON

Details:

• It is strongly recommended to plan ahead and book an advising appointment to avoid wait times
• Bring photo ID (É«ÖÐÉ«lanyard, Driver’s License or State ID is required)
• Have your É«ÖÐÉ«student ID# ready to expedite the check-in process
• Due to limited capacity, please do not bring guests if possible

Belleville Campus

Information Sciences Building, Room 1115
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sam Wolf Granite City Campus

Main Building- Student Services Office, Room 400
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Red Bud Campus

Main Building- Student Development Office, Room 175
Tuesday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

High School Transcripts

It’s recommended for new students to have HS transcripts sent to É«ÖÐÉ«before meeting with an advisor to register for classes. High School transcripts are accepted as ‘official’ if sent directly from the other school via Parchment or email. Emailed transcripts should be sent to enrollmentservices@swic.edu. Hand-delivered transcripts are accepted if in a sealed envelope from the HS.

Authorization to enroll in a class that has already begun

Once the first class session has begun and before the start of the second: Instructor (or Program Coordinator) authorization is required.

Once the second class session has begun: Instructor and Dean authorizations are required for registration.
